Marian grew up coming to Topsail Island with her grandfather who was one of the original developers on the island back in the late 1940s. One of his first projects was building and running The New Topsail Market ( later sold to the Godwin family and renamed Godwin's Grocery)the island’s first grocery store, and a building that still stands on the south end of the island more than 70 years later.
Marian and her husband currently live in Hampstead and have owned properties for both personal and investment purposes on Topsail Island for over 25 years. With a passion for Real Estate for many years, Marian was excited to take her knowledge to the next level by becoming a Broker. She enjoys meeting and working with people and introducing them to everything she loves about the area. When she is not helping clients with their Real Estate needs, she can be found at the beach, boating around Topsail, or having fun with her 3 horses and 4 dogs in Hampstead. In addition to her passion for Real Estate, Marian also instructs yoga and group fitness classes at Surf City Parks and Recreation.
